This is an intriguing Family Register, including marriages by permission of Queen Victoria in Windsor Castle.  Particularly interesting for the births in 12a Kensington Palace Gardens – now the Nepalese Embassy.  The mentioned Thomas Lucas had the property built for himself between 1863 -1865, just before his daughter began giving birth there!
