His name is Herbert B. Oddy. I have the same photo card signed to my great grandmother Annie Gertrude Baxter, daughter of Emma Bell, daughter of Judith Paul and William Bell. I have several cards of others of the same photo studio. I would be interested in knowing who Mr Oddy was.
